Our family has been so fortunate to have found Ivanhoe for the care of our, now 94 year old aunt. After a mishap at her home and a brief hospital stay, it was a chaotic time with the hospital's timing in releasing her from their care. Thankfully, the Housing and Care Advisor connected us with Florentina and Daniel for a tour and presentation at Ivanhoe. Immediately, my wife and I were impressed with their professionalism and detailness along with their clean and immaculate home/facility. We toured several facilities and easily, Ivanhoe was the most impressive AFH. Our aunt was on hospice care for a period but actually "graduated" and her condition improved and stabilized to the point of coming off hospice care. We owe this improvement to the attention and care from everyone at Ivanhoe. Our aunt's progressive memory loss is tremendously sad. Seeing her happy and doing so well at Ivanhoe, the attention and sincere compassionate care provides the family confidence and relief for our aunt during these challenging aging stages. The focus and warm affectionate care everyone there provides to our aunt is also always provided to our family too. To Florentina, Daniel, Elena, Ticu and Julia....your genuine kindness and care provides our aunt and our family the highest quality of life during what can be a challenging period. Ivanhoe deserves a rating well beyond 5 stars!
Florentina and Daniel are the most caring, experienced, adult family home providers I have met. Ivanhoe Senior Care has given years of unbelievable care for my 93 year old father. They are hands-on making sure the residents receive the best care possible, and the caregivers they hire are indeed angels, who treat my father and the other residents with love and respect. Through the COVID restrictions, I am so grateful my dad is at Ivanhoe, because I know his level of care is always excellent. Thank you Florentina and Daniel!
My wife and her family placed their mom in Ivanhoe. They could not have made a better choice. Kay Leonard was treated with the utmost respect, care and love with Ivanhoe. Florentina and her team respected Kay as their own mother. Kay lived with them for 6 years until the day she passed. They stayed at her side the entire time. The compassion they showed her, and the entire family put us all at ease. We could have not ever found a place better than them.
